In order to meet the high expectations of our clients, our quality control mission
is to maintain a management system that emphasizes food safety through ongoing improvement
of processing of products and our employee quality control education program.
NUTSCO and USIBRAS quality control is updated and active based on the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program.
This includes the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) that considers the Critical Control Points
(CCPs) in several steps of the production process. The CCPs and the Pre-Requisite Program
are represented in the company through the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program. Through all of these
programs, we are able to maintain the safety of our products by ensuring that the customers receive a high
quality product free from any contamination that could affect their health.
NUTSCO and USIBRAS products are frequently audited by both certification
organizations as well as by well-recognized clients that have a rigorous auditing process.
